It really does take a while lol. We cook it slowly in a clay pot, then top it with butter and fresh seaweed and serve it to the customer's table. The aroma when you open the lid is amazing. Pour in soy sauce, mix well and enjoy! If you can't finish it, you can make it into rice balls to take home.
